You will play a central role in the development of future energy solutions – with a focus on innovation, efficiency, and sustainability.
Your primary responsibilities:
- Project management of technical development projects from idea to implementation
- Development and optimization of solutions within energy technology
- Coordination between internal and external stakeholders
- Close collaboration with production, sales, and management
- Contribute with technical input and ensure progress across multiple ongoing projects
We imagine that you:
- Are educated as an engineer – e.g., within energy, mechanical, electrical, or similar fields
- Have a minimum of 3–5 years of experience in technical development and project management, including CAD and technical drawings
- Have solid knowledge of energy technology and green solutions
- Are structured, solution-oriented, and thrive with many tasks at once
- Communicate clearly and professionally – both verbally and in writing at a high level
- Have experience with technical documentation
